Voltifi’s initial focus is connecting drivers and technicians in London for mobile tyre services and vehicle recovery. Availability is specific to the request: it depends on where the vehicle is, the service needed and a suitable technician being available.
This is not a promise that every London address is served at every time. We do not publish a blanket coverage map or a list of guaranteed postcodes.
How to check a location
1. Use the vehicle’s actual position
Confirm the address and map position in the app. If the vehicle is away from home, use the place where help is needed. Add access information or a useful description in the booking notes.
2. Choose the right service and timing
Select a tyre service or recovery, explain the issue and choose help now or a later date and time. The service and vehicle details affect which technician can take on the job.
3. Review the response to your request
Follow the booking screen for the available technician offers and details. Sending a request does not guarantee that a technician has accepted it. Where no offer has arrived, the app lets you continue waiting or cancel the request.
What can be requested?
Mobile tyre services
Tyre fitting and replacement, suitable puncture repairs and seasonal swaps at the vehicle’s location, subject to the work and tyre requirements.
Vehicle recovery
Requests for vehicle transport, with the collection point, vehicle requirements and intended journey agreed before the work is accepted.
Mobile EV charging is coming soon and is not currently included in booking availability.
Planning ahead or asking about another location
A scheduled request can help you plan work around your day, but a future time is still subject to technician availability. If you need clarification before creating a request, email your location and the service you need to support@voltifi.co.uk.
For locations outside London, contact the team before making plans around Voltifi. This website does not confirm nationwide availability.
