Voltifi connects drivers with vehicle recovery services, starting in London. A recovery request is for help transporting the vehicle to a garage or another agreed destination. It is separate from a request for tyre work at the roadside.
Choose the recovery option, describe the vehicle and confirm its collection location. The app includes options for light and larger vehicles; the equipment needed and technician availability determine whether the request can be accepted.
The details that help with a recovery request
Your vehicle
Select the vehicle from your saved details or add its registration. Include its make, model and any information that helps explain what needs recovering.
Collection point
Confirm the address and map position where the vehicle is located. Use the booking note for useful access details or a description of where it is parked.
Requested destination
Include the garage or destination you would like to reach in the booking notes, and confirm the intended journey with the technician before accepting the work.
Timing
Choose help now or select a date and time for later. Submitting a scheduled request does not guarantee an available recovery vehicle for that slot.
Quotes and confirmation
Sending a recovery request opens the process of receiving technician quotes. Review the price and job details before accepting an offer and confirming payment. An initial estimate is not the same as an accepted technician quote.
Make sure the technician understands the collection point, vehicle and requested destination. The website does not publish a flat recovery price because journeys and vehicle requirements differ.

Choosing the right service
Is recovery the same as mobile tyre fitting?
No. Recovery is about moving the vehicle. Mobile tyre fitting is for tyre work at the vehicle’s location, where that work is suitable.
Can I request a larger recovery vehicle?
The app includes a larger-vehicle recovery option. Describe your vehicle accurately so a technician can assess the equipment required. The option is not a promise that every vehicle type can be recovered.
