What to have ready when booking
Select a saved vehicle or enter its registration. Confirm the tyre size in the app, identify the issue and state whether you have the locking wheel nut key when asked. Add a note about the affected wheel or any access details that matter.
Confirm the address and map position of the vehicle. A useful location describes where the vehicle actually is, which may differ from your home address. Photos can help explain the job, but you should still review and confirm the vehicle and tyre information shown.
Review the price before accepting
For replacement and emergency call-out options, the app can show an available tyre with its price and the call-out and fitting fee as a fixed total. Other tyre requests receive technician quotes. Review the displayed amount and service details before accepting a technician and confirming payment.
A request starts the process; it does not by itself confirm that a technician is assigned. Follow the booking screen for offers, the accepted job and updates during the journey.
